Built a complete event identity system for Carnegie Learning’s flagship conferences, from stage design and signage to lanyards and digital marketing.

Problem: Commencement of Carnegie Learning’s flagship National Institutes conferences—spanning math, world languages, and literacy topic areas—required a unified, visually compelling suite of event materials to reflect the professionalism, energy, and educational focus of the gatherings.
Process:
- Coordinated with event organizers to understand themes, tone, and logistical needs for both the 2024 and 2025 editions.
- Designed large-format materials including backdrops, standees, signage, as well as smaller touchpoints like lanyards, nametags, table numbers, stage props, photo elements, and printed agendas.
- Extended the visual identity to pre- and during-event marketing collateral—ads as well as dedicated registration and promotional website pages.
Solution: A comprehensive event identity system that carried visual coherence from registration to stage. Bold typography, clear branding, and polished staging elements brought energy and consistency to the attendee experience, reinforcing Carnegie Learning’s stature and credibility.
Outcome: The event environments felt purposeful and inviting—creatively amplifying brand presence and strengthening participant engagement from both visual and experiential perspectives.
